Did you know that only one out of every 100,000 particles in the atmosphere is manmade carbon dioxide. One out of 100,000!!! That's not much.
And if we spend 8 Trillion dollars (yes, that's a T - Trillion) over the next 40 years as proposed by the Kyoto Protocol we can reduce global temperatures by - are you ready? Drum roll, please................................ 4/10 of one degree!!
And in the process we would be wasting money that could be helping people all over the world who actually need it.
